Went down to the ticket office myself @ 9.30 and there was a decent size que, but they had 5 windows open so took less than 20 mins to get served.

There was season ticket discount for the Cas play-off game last season as well wasn't there? Not sure whether it'll apply in the later round(s) though, and I'm pretty sure any ST discount on Grand Final tickets had to be claimed much earlier in the season.

Looks as though Leeds ST holders get £3 off theirs as well - might be an RFL thing across the board like the free ticket for the CC Round 4?

Will pop down to the ground before work tomorrow for mine.

I got mine, qued on the phone for about 30 mins, got through the a lad quite clearly new to the job as he sounded like he was reading some kind of script and didn't know what to do with my odd season ticket seat, then before paying my phone cut off.

Ended up doing the process again, but at least after the 30mins this time I had a lad who knew exactly what to do and even knew the reason behind my bizarre season ticket seat.

Hefty phone bill still coming my way, especially when I had to use my mobile because there is no way my work would let me get away with ringing the Wigan ticket hotline!!!

managed to get thriugh after only a 10 minuit wait. was number 7 for ages and then quickly through so not sure if people had just given up infront of me but sounded really busy in the background, so presume they have a number of lines working.

Sounds like they've been busy all day then, hopefully a good attendance.

Theyve closed down the e-ticketing service!! Id imagine because they havent sorted the ST holders problem out yet on site. Things like this this should have been ironed out weeks ago.

Just arrived back home, queued for 40 mins at ticket office, got two for the South Stand. Very busy.

Just got an email off the club saying it's back up again but only for season ticket holders to claim their seats. Anyone else must use the phone or go to the ticket office.

No more general sales (on-line sales that is) at the moment while the season ticker holders have the opportunity to get their tickets.

They didn't say how long this would be for but purchases for seats not held by season ticket holders can't be made on-line at the moment. In theory.

Just got mine from ticket office, good sized queue, approx 35-40 people queueing. Worth queueing for though when you here a latics supporter complaining about having to queue for so long because of all the rugby fans

I've never understood why some people bother with these things on the first morning and start queueing in person or on the phone - you can get your seat upto 5pm on Wednesday if a ST holder.

I was supposed to pop down there this evening but forgot. I only remembered when I went on Wigan's website and saw that you can buy online over e-tickets. I didn't even have to pay the £2 service charge! Bonus.

Just tried online myself but it says they are now not available online.

It mite be a personal thing or just because they would sooner get them early as the forcast for queueing isnt good with rain/wind.

A few problems this morning, the phone lines were overflowing to Ticketmaster, when I asked the chap for my own ST seats he said those seats were not for sale, I explained I know that , they are my ST seats, he said I would have to ring the ticket office, I explained that is what I had done. So had to keep trying until the call was answered by the ticket office at DW and not Ticketmaster, then as usual there was no problem.
So just a few problems for the club to sort out before the next game.

me and the other half dont have ST this season.

can we buy two student tickets with the grandparents OAP tickets and benefit from the £6 savings?

i assume you can buy the OAP tickets as its same price as students. my mum has used my dads season ticket before for a ticket as hes over 60 so i dont see why not
