Just because they have a season ticket doesnt make them die hard fans. There shud b a loyalty reward for attending previous rounds in the CC. These people who have been queuing all day for a ticket you can bet some didnt attend the quarter and most likely the Bradford game and the Barrow game was free for them so they haven't really done much following up until the semi just because its Saints. Having a season ticket or not doesn't make you any more/less of a fan, people will have different reasons why they haven't got one. I didn't get one because I was working down south at start of season. This season we have plenty of people who have jumped on the band wagon having a season ticket means nothing to me.

People could have different reasons for not attending previous cup games. I've been to them all so far and have my ticket for the Semi already but that doesnt make me less of a fan than someone who missed the Bradford game or the Warrington game for various reasons.

I've always argued it would be ideal to have a loyalty points system for games like this. Trouble is it wouldn't be required often enough so it's an extra admin cost that in essence isn't really required (from a business point of view).

It would be preferable that those who go to every home and away game get first dibs on the best seats at places like Wembley and Old Trafford but can never see it happening.

if they dont turn up to early cup rounds to support the team they shouldnt jump on the bandwagon when we progress.

as a previous poster mentions, there should be a loyalty scheme giving people who attend early rounds priority in later rounds.
the CC isnt covered by season tickets, and its a bit hard faced of them coming out of the woodwork to go to a glamour tie, when some of us have spent money and shouited ourselves ho getting behind the lads at Odsal and the HJ

Seriously though I think a 'points' system would be a decent idea. They do something similar and United. It works pretty well. It also creates demand and we would see more people travelling away.

Despite some people saying there was no need to rush and no need for a bigger stadium... I think it is clear we could have done with a 20k stadium for this game.

I presume you'll step back for all the play off games and grand final if we get there so that everyone whos been to more league games than you get a ticket before you? Because surely that would make them bigger fans

and it just might encourage season ticket holders to support the team in earlier rounds if there was an incentive at the end.
