The tickets on general sale sold out. It was a sell out. If Club Wembley members don't want to turn up then that's up to them. From what it said in the programme; 72,000 general sale tickets sold, 90,000 capacity and 85,000 on. So 13,000 Club Wembley members wanted to watch the rugby league Challenge Cup final.

That club wembley is an embarrassment. It should only apply to football in my view. About 10% turned up today, if that. There was quite a few empty seats around me. Although maybe thats because I smell?

Memony has already come up with the right solution. The final sold out around a fortnight ago, we certainly would have had another few thousand in the stadium had the Club Wembley tickets been available (those who didn't want to go).

I didn't think Wire were at all awesome - just that Leeds were worse. Wire's completion rate, especially first half, was dreadful, and only shocking tackling (plus refereeing errors) enabled them to score so many.

Warrington were excellent today. Leeds played as well as Wire let them. Three times Leeds were held up over the line by superb defence. Had those tries been scored it would have been a totally different game.
The ones berating Leeds on here would have been happy clapping if Wigan had put in that kind of defensive performance.

Could be wrong Geoff but I thought Club Wembley gave you guaranteed access to anything at the stadium including gigs, not just football and the CC

I thought it was down to how the draw for the final was done. Leeds came out first so it was a Leeds home game so to speak so they had home kit Warrington came out as the away Team so should have played on there away kit or thats how it used to be.
