To max your bench you have to be short, stocky and heavy. Long levers are no good at that game.
Fieldens "previous" 140kg is not huge for a professional prop forward. I know he is 6'3", but I am taller and benched this around 10 years ago, and I am not a professional prop forward.
If Brent Webb can do 180kg then fair play for a guy so light. I am impressed.

Hmmm ... not much in it really.
It would make a change if one of these 'darkly murmuring' officials from one of the other clubs would actually put his name to a statement. Not holding my breath on that score.
But the really amazing thing to me is that said journo managed to get a story out without being able to interview any our players. Hats off to him for performing such an astonishingly difficult trick. |
