Look, im all for getting more people in to watch our game, and what Wigan and heinz done was great, but which ever way you dress it up these people went because they got in for free otherwise they would not have been there..lets just hope they enjoyed it enough to come back.

Jesus, let it go. MTK was actually making a positive post, and not criticising the fact that the fans who attended got in free.
Some of you are so paranoid, believe it or not, not every post from a Wire fan is criticising your club.
His 'free' comment was a throw away comment, yet people are being pedantic, and he did state that Heinz gave the tickets free, not your club, so try reading what he said before ripping in to him.

Wigan didn't give anything away for free, Heinz gave the free tickets away.
anyway seriously who actually cares weather they where paid for by the Taliban, there getting new people into the game.
and obviously we want a big crowd for the semi, but does it really matter to anyone if you already have your ticket.
this is coming from a wire fan by the way. |

I cant believe wigan fans banging on about getting 15,00 last week when you gave a ton away and saying how great it was. Yet your so called wonderful support can not sell 4,000 for a cup semi final. No doubt if you got there 30,000 would be crawling out of tesco central park woodwork to get to wembley.

He isn't he is saying Heinz bought the tickets and then gave them out, so wigan got revenue from the tickets.
Hence then not being free. |
