Speaking about the change of venue, Chief Executive Mick Hogan said, “We would like to apologise for the late change of venue for the Forum but the change allows more opportunity for our fans to attend. We have been inundated with requests for tickets and the South Stand Lounge enables us to increase the capacity. The last two forums have been a huge success and I am sure this will be another great night. We would like to thank Walkabout for their help and we will be looking to team up again with them for events later in the year.” Fans are reminded this is a family event and accompanied children are welcome.'"

Stupid decision. People should have got there ar$es into gear and got tickets. The SS bar is pitiful for bar service for large groups, whereas Walkabout is a lot better.

But then if they'd have got their s into gear and got their tickets, the people who have tickets now wouldn't have them and would still want them and so there would still be extra people wanting to go and they'd have to move anyway... Plus there is no disabled access to get upstairs in Walkabout and the downstairs is pretty small.

Gutted about missing the Aussie buffet though.

Nothing. However, when they judge the location for a fans forum on the basis of its ability to serve drinks then I like anybody else am perfectly entitled to express an opinion. We are allowed to agree / disagree and debate.

Opinion is not necessarily the same as debate. Neither is jumping to conclusions about 'drinking sessions'.

Now this may/may not be your opinion but most people accompany food with a drink, alcoholic or not, the only place in either location to obtain that drink is the bar. So it is a relatively important service.

And regarding tickets, it was made clear from the outset that tickets were limited. The excuse that it was always going to sell out is very poor indeed.

The ticket sales will more than likely now outnumber the available seats, and eating your pe and peas, watering down your food, asking questions and listening is going to be an absolute ball ache.

Makes you wonder if father Jack has had another strop with IL. I'm adamant that i will not now or ever buy another drink or food in that ground or bar again as long as the old git is still breathing.

We don't know the reasons for the venue change, and I'm expecting to hear some rationale behind the decision.

On the question regarding where the revenue from the SS bar and concourse goes on match days, I'm sure that matter will be raised next Tuesday.

When I went for tickets yesterday there were lots left, so unless there has been a big demand in the last two days then it doesn't make sense, although I do think the SS Bar is better venue for the forum.
