I didn't see him every week of course, but from my memory I thought Aspinwall looked quite good in the days when Gregory was Wigan coach. There was something in the Warrington papers about us trying to sign him around that time and being turned down (also we apparently tried to sign O'Loughlin after Forshaw retired in 2004). Seemed like his career was on an upward spiral from 2002-04 and steadily slipped downwards after that.
Still I don't think he's a bad player. He's the type of player you would say is 'average Super League quality'. |

A total coward iv seen him on more than one occasion hit someone from behond and run off and also some other things he does why he is out. I cant stand the bloke he is an absolute idiot and doesnt deserve to be a rugby league player.

Yep, I saw him in there a couple of years back. He was completely off his face and was barely able to stand up by himself. I had the unfortunate pleasure of using the trough at the same time as him whilst he was spouting some nonsense. Didn't have much of an opinion of him before that, thought he was an utter tool afterwards. |
