I would start him on the bench though as i think he is far more effective coming on as an impact prop.

Also he is off contract next year, on his current form the NRL will be sniffing around him. We need to get this lad re signed.

Apart from Ben Flower he's the only lad that runs his weight. He's been fantastic these past few weeks and fully deserves his place at Wembley.

Not a clue why we paid money for somebody to only give them a short contract. It needs extending to a 4 or 5 year deal ASAP.

Thats because his wages only warrant a 2 year deal. He wont be on massive money and will be due a big rise in his next contract. He took less money than some offered to come to wigan

Taking Spencer out of the equation, Taylor was the best DR to play for us (Leigh) by some distance - why? Because he just loves playing the game, you can see it in his face and body language. Hope you get a final spot Scott and the long contract you deserve.
Worst - Jack Hughes, for the exact opposite to the above in his 1 game

Thought I would add my 2penneth fro a Rovers supporter.Scott has comeon leepsand bounds over the past few months with your mob and I must congratulate him. I could not understand why you paid money for him as he was not as good when he played for us in fact I was quite happy bto see him go.Asr as keeping him I think he will goto the NRL when his season finishes with you next year.I believe he already had it in his mind to use you lot as a stepping stone , make a name for himself then go to Oz for megga bucks.Lets see what happens but dont be surprised IMO

i would say that would be stupid as he wouldn't get mega bucks and would be more of a squad filler.

Are you for real! Scott was a class player at Rovers, why do you think Wigan paid the transfer fee they did for him? I was gutted when he left, he will be an international. Sadly he has no loyalty and will go to the highest bidder. I hope he stays in SL.

They only have short careers, can't blame him for looking to get the most out of it. I'm sure KR would have shown a similar lack of loyalty if he got a particularly difficult injury or took a long term loss of form. It may be in our blood but it's a business to the clubs. Weren't KR in financial difficulties too? They may have been glad of the £ for Taylor and Green

I heard his great grandad was a wiganer, he was involved in the strikes and did indeed eat humble pie therefore making him a true pie eater and one of us.

FWIW he's a pro RL player and will do what he thinks best for his Carreer and bank balance (as would I). I hope he stays for a few more years but I can see him off to Oz after next year.

Class player dont talk a load of rubbish I wouldnt have him back now even though he has improved, abit, He is no better than our forwards and not as good a prospect as Green and Cox he would stillbe an outsider even more next year when we get the 2 new props we will be even stronger

I have been impressed by the forwards coming through at HKR maybe we can do a deal with some of the back rowers we keep developing

Sorry totally disagree, if he carries on the way he is going at Wigan and Wigan don't sort a contract out soon, possible the NRL will come sniffing. Big future but couldn't say the same for cox.

Apart from our opinions of him I do think he has improved with Wigan and I stand by what I say he is going to the NRL for 2015 that is his plan and the reason he went to Wigan in the first place thought he had more chance of getting spotted playing for them rather than Rovers , and a fare comment IMO and I am a Rovers supporter

you haven't got a clue what your talking about he made his debut for us when he was 16 he was excellent last season but wanted to play for Wigan despite what Hull FC fans say so we took the money.Put it this way I was gutted to lose Taylor last season but couldn't give a toss about losing Beaumont to saints this season
