| Really struggling to get tickets for Sunday on that crazy ticket site! It says log on to your account to confirm your season ticket seat for the match and I have done but there is no way of doing that I have even tried clicking on my seat but it says unavailable because it is obviously reserved for me to buy! Argh! The little key at the top also says that the seats are on general sale which I know isn't the case. Can anyone help me out please? Had a similar problem last year trying to renew the season tickets! They need to sort it out.

| If you log in with the correct info (i.e. your name, DOB, address, etc.) that matches your season ticket, then it'll prompt you to purchase a ticket for your seat.

| I logged in with my user name and password as I have previously registered and it has my client code at the top of the page and my name but no way to purchase tickets other than the unreserved tickets that are on 'general sale' but they shouldn't be! Crazy website!

| when you go into E-Ticket Home, it should give you your own ticket in Blue. mine did. Tick it, and click on "Add to Basquette".

| I'll never order on there as long as I live. The most unreliable e-ticketing service in the world. I know plenty of people who have done it and ended up with 12 tickets when they only wanted one because it came up with an error loads of times yet still processed the information.

below where it say's about your ticket, it say's "add member", if you click on this it then lets you add other season tickets holder to your list. thats how i got my tickets earlier today.

Ive never had a problem with it either. Only time it doesnt work is usually when im doing summat wrong

It doesn't do any of that sadly. Just takes me to a screen with the seating plan where it says my seat is unavailable. They aren't on general sale until Tuesday so it shouldn't be offering me the general sale seats surely!!

You need to double check that the client code in the top right hand corner matches with the one on your season card, otherwise it doesn't recognise you as a season ticket holder.

| I ordered mine ok on the e-ticketing website with no problems. Its really simple and reliable from my previous experience.
I did have a problem when I first registered until I realised that I had to 'activate my account' with my client code. Now when I log on it recognises my client code and even has my seat reserved for me. I clicked on the link and bought the ticket. Simples!
So to anyone still having problems, even if you have logged on, make sure that you have activated your account.

The two of us complaining so far are ones with an account already active and when we log in using our existing password we do [inot[/i get presented with the option to buy our season ticket seats.

Did you not speak to someone at the club last time, or did you just bitch on here about it and expect it to magically fix itself?
If you don't get it fixed, by speaking to someone with the capacity to fix it, then the site will continue to be "useless", and complaining to us on here won't get you anywhere

I did just that. I had a very long conversation with our friendly rlfans member who works in the ticket office to try and sort it out. We tried numerous work arounds. In the end none of it worked and I had to use the phone to book. Looks like I will have to do the same again.
I have also worked in IT long enough to spot a system that just isn't up the job and this one certainly isn't.
