I think Warrington showed they are certainly not pretenders to our crown. Madge will no doubt have the team fired up but the way Warrington completely battered us in the forwards with and without the ball was a huge concern. If Hock gets banned for the rest of the season then we are in even bigger trouble because he was the only player who looked up to the task of actually taking the game to Warringtons forwards.

I thought our players knew they had been beaten up good and proper yesterday. The look of fear on Hansens face as he bottled out of catching 2 fairly simple passes said it all.

Not sure if Tuson is back soon so if Gaz gets a ban we will have cover. I think we missed Mossop yesterday and should have had O'Carroll on the bench instead of Liam Farrell. I think we were too lightweight when Coley and Lima went off.

Let's not forget that Hansen's the guy who took the hit of all time from Morley last year, and, astonishingly, still retained possession - a feat of heroism which won us the match.

The way people are just looking at 2 teams for the GF makes you wonder are we underestamating all the other sides. I have a sneaking feeling that a shock is on the cards this season. No. Its a response to wire-till-i-die about fatigue we had yesterday. As i dont think Wire won the game after the CC final and they played far easier side than we did yesterday.

tbh for fitness no team in SL can touch us if we get to the final that will be a major benefit.

It`s amazing, not a peek out of them after the CC Q/F now all of a sudden they have crawled out from under there stones, anyway the last time they won the league most of them wern`t even born it was that long ago so if they do come top let them all piddle there trousers with excitment as we were told last season by all the trolls it don`t mean diddly squat if you don`t win the G/F.

We didnt look lightweight in the CC when they were playing though did we? Fair enough Morley was out but 2 in 1 out was the difference, we alienated a better pack. We just had an off day and we will be more determined than ever in the play-offs dont you worry

To be fair i dont think it would of made any difference had Westwood and Solomona played. I dont think you missed them at all with the way your pack played.

It reminded me of our Grand Final loss in 2001 (i think) to Bradford. They completely destroyed our forwards that day and when that happens it doesnt matter how good your backs are. I remember Matthew Johns being interviewed when he got home to Australia and he said he had never played against a team who had hit so hard as Bradford did that day. I think the look on Hansens face as he dropped the ball twice tells a similar kind of story about how hard your guys where hitting us in the tackle. Phil Clarke even made a comment on how Hansen knew it was going to hurt if he caught that ball.

AJ Murphy was lacing his boots the last time they were league leaders. Since then they have sat and watched their 3 main rivals (us, Saints and Widnes) win trophy after trophy whilst they won nowt. Please have pity on them.... and see how many respond this time next week.
