Sheer quality, if he retires it will be such a loss of talent and skill, not that I'd blame him if he does. It seems every time I see him play he does something outstanding that makes you question both why he's retiring (I know he feels his body has had enough) and how the hell do you replace somebody of his class?

How well is Carmont playing at the minute!! He is on fire this season and i'd love to see him stay but then I can't help but feel maybe he's on this sort of form because he wants to go out with a bang in his last year.

In all honesty though if I were Lenagan i'd be trying every trick in the book to get him to stay on. I think as fans we need to try anything possible aswell. He's playing far too well to hang the boots up imo.

He needs to sign, end of. He is the best centre in super league right now. Just sensational.

Il be devastated when George goes, our best value for money signing of the SL era, the guy is class, everything you want from a centre, always gives 100%, he's quick, good hands, solid defender. He must be a dream to play outside of, irreplacable.

I'll add my vote the the 'one more year' campaign..he is a sensational player.

Adding a bit of realism...there are other centres in the comp who are faster and stronger... ...however they are no where near as intelligent as Georgy. What he lacks in atheleticism he more than make up for with his decision making..some of the lines he runs are awesome....and boy do we miss him when he's out injured. In the current climate with the cap being so tight we'll never replace him with anyone near his class.

Are you joking? He has been one of the highest rated centres here since renouf. Everyone has always rated him and spoke highly of him.
