The press are effing idiots arn`t they. It is good news as far as Wigan are concerned if they can keep hold of hock. If they show faith in him i am sure he will come back even stronger.

It's interesting that they have waited until now to make a decision.

IL says they have been monitoring him. I hope this includes regular tests to make sure he is off the stuff as any further repeats would spell the end of his career and would not look good for the club.

If this is the case then the club deserve credit for handling the situation in a caring and professional manner. I hope Gaz repays the club if and when he returns.

IMO if he returns he will become our version of Morley(not implying that morley has ever taken any drugs BTW), as he will have so much to thank the club for i feel he will be awsome.

who or where does it imply that it is 'performance enhancing'? Its on the banned list, and therefore he is/was a cheat so why link the two?

I'd keep him on but only he if showed remorse in the shape of a big pay cut. He's not available to play until June 2011 though so I'm not bothered what they do with him. He isn't irreplaceable and I actually think he will find it hard to come back.
