Assuming Carmont is injured and Hock is fit. If Carmont is not 100% then do not play him as he looks off the pace lately.

Ainscough isn't in the 19.

He ought to be dead by now as this is how he has been selection-wise for the previous two seasons.

We have a squad and he won't use it and only changes it when injury or suspension forces it on him. I thought we may have been in that situation now Carmont looks to be carrying an injury. If so give him a rest and bring in Ainscough with Richards to FB and Phelps to centre for example. By the time Ainscough gets another game he won't be match fit at this rate.

I just hope we beat Wire because regardless of the Nobby situation I am fed up of our poor league form but it would not surprise me if Tomkins missed out again, or McIllorum and if so we won't be putting out what many (me included) will see as best side from the 19.

McIlorum got battered on Friday and Joel IMO was very quiet, so I am expecting him to be replaced by Hansen who played well in the reserves.

I am really struggling to see why we don't play Ainscough on Friday.

Still, guess I am not paid the cabbage to worry about that.

sometimes i think that noble keeps players out of the squad justr to spite some fans. if he does this and wins (a la the saints games) he get to give two big fingers at the support, thus proving that he knows best. i know this may seem like a big conspiracy theory, but when does anyone think that noble has picked the strongest team over a consistant period? this include his time at GB because there was always outcry over his selection.

if hansen is getting picked because of his good form in the reserves then surely Shaun deserves a run, did he not score a hattrick last week?.

yes you need to protect younger players, however at the moment Shaun has nothing to be protected from!! hes never in the squad!
