He has proved a decent capture for the money we paid for him.

Much better than the man he replaced, but that wasnt difficult.

Don't know if I'd want him to stay for next season, but lack of alternatives may force our hand on that one.

When is his contract up

If he can re-capture his form from last season I would be happy to keep him.

Looked out of sorts last night but he is still the best centre at the club. I would like to see him develop a partnership with either Ainscough or Roberts.

He's a good footballer and can see him being a good player for us for another couple of seasons. More of a priority would be to sign anotherncentr to complement him. Gleeson at Warrington may be an option even though he is also getting on

Utter quality centre.

I think he's done quite well for us to be honest. Although, seeing as he had a stomache bug last night, he should never have played! We had Karl Pryce on standby.

I thought he still played well. Did a great delayed pass for Ainscough's break.

keep for another 2 seasons after this, the only Wigan player to be picked for the dream team in so many years, only became professional 4 or 5 years ago, so body won't be anywhere near as knackered as other players his age, there's some posters on here who clearly know F'all but bull them selves up like they are in the know, to get rid of carmont next year would be a huge mistake, especialy if rplacing him with Goulding

Great player. In defence and attack, he has the perfect balance. Makes a change from the sh*te we have had in the past.

He's a solid, threatening centre. Brilliant signing.

He's a "proper" centre in attack in as much that he runs good lines and knows how to put his winger away. Defensively, he's suspect, particularly this season.

If his defence can improve, I'd be in favour of a 12-month extension.

Steady, reliable, with the odd flash of greatness.

Carmont is the best alround centre we have at the mo.

Good with ball in hand but poor positionally and with his tackling technique IMO.

But for the money paid he has been good.
