A lot of people are going to disagree but..... with the players complaining of too many games and the talk of more world club championship games and also the play offs i think iit would give the players more time to prepare for games e.g. start the "summer super league" in March and have a 3-4 week spot in the summer for a world club challenge competition involving the top 6 super league teams and then have the odd international game.

Agreed. We do not have 14 teams worthy of being part of a 'super league'.

Theres loads of room to manouvere a mini world club championship into the season,

Sack of the magic weekend,

Cut the number of play-off positions down,

Revert back to GB & Ireland,

Play it at the end of the season as a pre-cursor to the international series,

In the same hemisphere as the international series,

Alternate the Internationals with it,

Re-introduce the lions tour, ashes tests etc, let all the other nations compete at their leisure and let GB, OZ and NZ bat it out

probably the stupidest thing i have read. I would rather get rid of some of the poor teams in SL and make our league more competitiive

20 team Super League split into two divisions of ten. Five year licenses with one up one down each season. This means 18 regular Super League games per season, plus a top five playoff.

This leaves room for a pre-season cup competition to replace those ridiculous meaningless friendlies (which should be banned), the Challenge Cup and a WCC competition.

I think he's right, in fact, lets go all the way and scrap rugby league altogether, we should all go watching crown green bowls........................................

Go back to GB, Sack Ireland off, there's no real Irish players anyway.

Mini World club championship at the end of the season.

Get rid of Wakefield and Harlequins/London/MK Dons or whatever they chose to be next year

Top 4 play offs. 1st v 4th, 2nd v 3rd, winners in final.

They play more games than us in Union. I personally don't feel there are too many games.

Fair enough, but whats the point in having half the Scotland & Ireland teams deciding theyre English when there is no GB.

I suppose Ive just always been a massive fan of the GB element of RL the tours, tests etc. I would love to see it back.
