Reckon Derek has spent an evening (after a few shandies) trawling Google images found one and thought "that will do", save image as "Leigh Leperds" and sent off to the shirt manufacturers.

I admire Deggsy in a lot of ways for just how self centred he is. He knows he owns a club that without him, would be mid table in the championship and he clearly thinks that means he can do what he wants. He’s like a crazy dictator, something akin to that film Sacha Baron Cohen made.

Interesting to see some of the posts on social and how quickly some fans are willing to give up on years of tradition and really, the soul of the club, gor a bit of short term success.
