Has anyone else heard that sam has been selected to play for the barbarians as the best fullback in the world? i wasnt aware league players could play?

They usually have one uncapped player but I'm pretty sure it's Union players only, Willie Mason's first ever Union game was for the BaaBaa's but he has signed up for that French Union team at the time.

If both Wigan and Sam are getting highly compensated for him turning out, then I see no problem. I'd love nothing more than for him to go out there and destroy the Aussies at RU. I'd love to hear the RU commentators creaming over him.

Sam deserves to be recognized for his ability nationwide, this game will go along way to doing that.

Well to say he cant speak to them for 3 years and let him play two week later at twickenham i dont like. Next thing he will be playing games at saracens then at the end of the 3 years he will go union after taking about £900,000 in 3 years.
