Really pleased to see Feka get a try tonight. I know he has his critics and I'm not blind to his faults but in recent years players showing commitment, effort and a bit of respect/ pride and in the main Feka has often ticked those boxes. I think he clearly showed his pride, affection and respect for Wigan tonight and thoroughly deserved the fantastic ovation he got.

Loved it when he kissed his hand and patted his badge, yes he had his faults but the guy truely loves Wigan RLFC and you could tell when the fans were chanting his name at the end how much it meant to him.

The try at Knowsley Road this year, the reaction from players, staff and fans when he scored sums up the type of guy he is. Him kissing the badge everytime he scores also makes me warm to him more.

got to say,if feka reads these boards,I can't remember a player taking as much of his time talking to fans and genuinly looking like he enjoyed it.I know my son was made up and no longer wants to be a man u player but wants to play in the cherry and white hoops,for that feka I will be eternally gratefull.

Shame it took him leaving to turn in that performance.

Totally likeable fella and wish him all the best at Salford, but we have improved the squad with him going.

The speech's were well done, and moving.

It was moving when 17,000 Wiganer's all in tandem shouted "PALEAAESINA!". At one point a "Don't go to Salford!" chant broke out for a moment. I'll never be the first to point out his faults (I admit he has them), but he's just such a top, top guy and deserved the ovation he got tonight.

Feka comes across as a really nice, gentle giant and I wish him well for the future. The fans clearly have a genuine affection for the guy.

We should also not forget Bails and Piggy who have made a major contribution during their time at the club.

You were lucky. The bloke next to me slagged Wigan off all night in between sucking his stinkin winter nips and fooked off with 9 minutes to go.

A thought crossed my mind tonight. Do you think refs have to prove that they are billy big bollox by showing that they have no fear about caning Wigan in the penalty count and throwing in the sin bin for extra measure.
