Well, I'm guessing they will be announced at the match on Friday. No one here will know until then.

They are splitting the cost this year. For the first half it will be dead cheap.

For the second half, it will be expensive as we play better then !

They should base the season ticket prices on the previous seasons performance. For example if we win every single game, league and cup, the ticket price would be alot more expensive, but if we finish say 14th having won one game and been knocked out the challenge cup by Leigh East in the 4th round of the cup, the ticket price would be a fiver.

After the huge hike last year I'd be disappointed if it rises again.

My seat rose from £145 to £188 for this season.

2009 Season Ticket Prices for the South Stand were:

Adults: £198
Concession: £128

or £169/£109 to renew and £181/£117 for the early-bird offer.

I'm expecting an 8 - 10% rise.

Anyone expecting a cheap season ticket next year will be rather disapointed.

That would mean a 20% increase in 2 seasons.

Is that what the prices are going to be then?

If true given the lack of anything exciting for 2010, IL is making a bold and slightly annoying move.

£150 it was for me in 2008 not £145 but that was still a 20.3% increase so it'll be more than that for me if it goes up again.

Ill be interested to hear his justification for another rise - if true.

Thats true, if we had 3 top class signings coming in and we had just won the challenge cup and were in the top 4 then I may forgive him.

I would expect a rise to ensure we are a club that is pretty much self sufficient... with a £150,000 loss this year... then an extra £1 per match would see the losses this year turn into somewhat of a minor profit next..

I would imagine cheap season tickets to be announced by the club for the kids (as mentioned by MH@ the Fans Forum).

My season ticket this year was £188 (I think) in the billy boston stand... + all the reserves/academy home matches(which I have attended a few this year) Still good value if you ask me...

Latics fans pay £250 to watch that dross... £188 seems like a bargain to me

I'm expecting/hoping for a price freeze.

I honestly don't know, but IL has to get the club on a sound financial footing, we can't expect him to keep on footing the bills.

If last years alleged losses are true something has to be done.

I'll happily pay £20 extra this year if it means kids' season tickets are reduced by £20. Get the young 'uns in.

Might have to be more like you pay £20 more and the kids pay £10 less if we're going to stop the losses.

Thinking about getting a season ticket, gonna be at uni in Stafford, so it's not a bad train journey up, and can stay at my grandparents after the match as there's no trains back until the saturday.

Just checking, do they do Student/Concession season tickets, or will I have to pay full adult? (Not that it's a huge problem, but would save some money)

With the oldest support in superleague + the threat of a premiership football team in the town... We need to ensure that rugby is the most accessable sport in town for our kids... in youth we trust..

I used to get in for £10 as a student a few years back.. may have increased since then.. but I would imagine the option is still there..
