(and getting away with it!!)

Cant beleive last night....thought it all season with leeds but last night just epitomises it.

Just watching the game again....for those of you with it on sky plus watch the game at 54 minutes when Mcguire takes richards out in the air.

As the replay is on Bentham is explaining the penalty to Mcguire and says you never went for the ball...im 99% certain mcguire replys 'thats bull 5h1t' while the replay is on!! How the hell do they get away with it!?! If he wasnt a leeds player he would have been sent off but it almost seems like referrees are accepting a dissent from leeds on a weekly basis!

Did anyone else hear it....im sure thats what he said!!

Seriously wants looking at as Leeds are bringing the game into disrepute....if thats what he says (and im pretty sure it is) he should be banned for a good few weeks!!

Leeds are getting away with far more than any other club IMO and it needs stopping...their discipline under Mclenan is woeful!!

What I loved about the Leeds 'support' was the "easy easy" chants after we went 10 nil down. Brilliant

To be fair i think its coming in all through the league, however Leeds do like a whinge.

Its upto the ref to show some minerals in that position, a bit like ganson did with sam a few weeks ago.

I agree we're going too far down the soccer route in talking back to refs and it is creeping more and more in to RL and needs stamping out...but the way leeds are behaving is offencive. If im right in what ive heard McGuire should be banned until the play offs IMO and made an example of

5 match ban is the least he should get...I just hope the RFL have picked it up and he gets cited for it.

I think a 5 game ban is a little extreme certainly if the ref did hear this then, he might consider 10mins in the bin. After all S. Tomkins got that for giving Ganson the thumbs up.

I think that when Bentham reffs a game i have noticed that he does let them get away with mouthing.Could you have imagined it if Ganson would have be in charge?Could well have been walkies for McQuire..

i just dont like the way they try to ref the game, theres a part in the game where bentham says to s tomkins, dont wave your arms around in defence, just wait till lee smith or jjb get on the defence they cant stop asking for a penalty

Leeds have been niggly for a while, with Burrow, McGuire, Diskin and JJB being the main culprits, with cheap shots, ball steals, conning the ref etc. I've noticed it more this season, and I wonder why, when they have all this talent, that they resort to this behaviour.

Yes its not fair, especially as us wiganers and our friends down the road at stains dont do any of that nasty horrible dirty Leeds stuff, we always play fairly we never lie on at the play the pall or mess about in the ruck, our players dont take performance enhancing drus and our glorious boys have never benefited from breaking the salary cap to avoid relegation. Boo Hoo Hoo. (Noble Out)!

tbf there was a lot of backchat last night from both sides, Coley Sam and Joel for Wigan were all giving it plenty. After nearly every lying-on penalty there were protestations about being held onto or hands trapped etc. More fool Bentham for not acting on it from the start.

a ban for saying bullshi t to a decision is a bit harsh, 10 minutes, maybe. To be honest when it comes to leeds i just get sick of hearing sinfield bleat every two minutes. i know the captain can talk to the ref but put a sock in it you whinging whino.

Dead simple rule.

No player is allowed to speak to the ref unless spoken to (except captains)

Any player in breach of the rule gets to sit on his @rse for 10 minutes.

No flexibility at all, football has gone down the 'emotional' route and the game is a disgrace to sport.

Spot on mate....and telling a ref that their decision is B S should be a Sending off Offence and a ban IMO....complete lack of disrespect and if that isnt bringing the game into disrepute i dont know what is! Cant beleive the relaxed response on here tbh. We pride ourselfs on being a family game and then get a player responding to the referree like this....and worse still fans thinking its acceptable!
