dont disagree, he had to play and needs game time but he did not even get off the ground, offered it to king on a plate.

Small wingers will always be targeted with high balls , even if the opposition winger isn't the biggest the centre will move over to challenge

Wouldnt mind but the boy doesnt even make an attempt to jump. Bad coaching if you ask me, in training he should just be peppered and taught how to catch, and defend if he is too thick to learn then he will spend more time in the reserves than he will in the 1st team.

where was the centre offering him some protection. i know he was at fault as he didn't even jump to make it awkward for king, but we need to offer any winger protection as hes jumping from a standing start

spot on!small wingers are guna get peppered.it would take a really bad coach or thick players not to exploit a small players lack of height. so if hes guna get it every time he plays he,s gotta practice how to at least try and jump. a little effort to get off the ground would at least be a start. its up to the training staff to work on him. so come on. ffs get it sorted. theres no doubt the boys a talent. help him for christsake

Well he's great with ball in hand, just he's a short ar*se and hence vulnerable to the X field kick.


Personally I like him (a lot) but we really need to work out a counter otherwise all his offensive power is nullified.

neither carney nor dallas were the tallest but we allways did ok with them. the lad is young and will learn his trade, but we had phelps at centre who was playing out of position. a natural centre would have offered him more protection

It doesn't take a genius strategist to work out he was on the wrong wing.
