| [quote="chapylad":m8oypftq]I think most of your first team played the first half with several more playing in the second half.
We also had some kids on that second half but admittedly the rest of them coming on towards the last 15 minutes.
For you I though Nsemba was very good along with Mago.
Marshall probably the pick of your backs first half.
For us I thought Holroyd when he came on and Oledzki ran hard.
God knows why Sivo was trying to close down French for that kick that resulted in him going off.
Doesn`t look good for him imo.
As a Leeds fan I`m really pleased with that performance compared to the dross last year.[/quote:m8oypftq]
Not altogether sure what point you're trying to make but the majority got at least 20 mins as you only started making significant changes after the hour mark. Farrimond came on before half time so got slightly longer and Eckersley started the match. As I said, the young lads got good minutes against your first team which will have done them good.
Anyway, hope Sivo is better than it looked at the match.

| Hope Sivo has a full recovery. Really tough was that.
Leeds can get a dispensation. off the salary cap as he hasn't played a game. Whether they bring someone in remains to be seen.
They have Miller at full back to come into the team.
That could give them a back line of Handley, Newman, Connor & Hall with Riley Lumb as back up.
It might be Leeds chose to hold the money as quite often a star quality falls out of favour and becomes available. Especially in the NRL.

To be honest I think they will stick with Connor at fullback. He’s a significantly better player than Miller and has natural ball playing ability.
Miller is a decent runner and tackle buster. I think they will go with him on the wing when he’s fit.

| I think the issue for us is that we have based our set up to have 2 wingers who can break the line and finish from 10/15 yards out.
Neither Edgell or Lumb, Handley or Miller can do that so if the RL say we can bring in a quota player I think that is where we will look.
Interestingly the RL do not have a rule for bringing in an overseas player which is comical to say the least. Dispensation yes but not yet overseas!
