Quote ="moto748"it strikes me more and more when I go to games, I'm really not bothered about beer at all, even one. To be honest, at home games I buy a beer at half-time because it's something to do that fills in the time! But the beer is expensive, and not good quality, or what I'd choose to drink. I remember the Challenge Cup Final at Spurs; people in front of me spent the entire game tracking back and forth to the bar, for more pints. They must have missed half the match. Happy to wait till I get home, and then have a pint in my local.'"
I'm with you on this. Pre-game I'm happy to have a pint in the fanzone and then not bother at all inside the stadium. I sit in the South and the queues are ridiculous at times. I've seen folk near me literally miss twenty minutes of a match for the sake of a couple of beers (and it ain't that good either).
