Challenge cup semis to be played as a double header at Bolton’s Macron Stadium,Sunday 5th August 12:30 and 14:45.
Great idea imo,especially with the poor semi final crowds in recent times. Hopefully get a good crowd,if us,Saints and Leeds make it I would certainly hope for a full house.

I doubt we’ll fill it, combined semi final attendances in recent years have been nowhere near 29k. Also, one of the semi finalists will be either Catalans or Huddersfield, both with very poor travelling support.

But still, I agree, great idea, much better than two half empy, or worse, stadia for two seperate semis. Plus, easy to get to, either by road or train, even for the Yorkshire lot.
