The music at the start of the game was very apt, it was a circus without a tent and the ring master had left leaving the clowns in charge.
We seemed to make life hard for ourselves all over the pitch through sloppy play and bad decisions, not just in defence.
On the plus side we didn't concede second half and came away with a win.

And was played because it was the Heritage match....

Perhaps they should have consulted certain posters before having the temerity to play it...

They play it ONCE a year to celebrate the heritage game, we are a club with a tremendous history, why shouldn't we remember our past every now and again?
Jeez....I thought I was miserable Dave, but you really do take the biscuit. I believe someone from the UK has won £107 million on the lottery, I'd guarantee that if this was you then you would still find something to grumble about!!

Don't worry, out lack of ideas in attack and the fact we haven't played well yet this season is our worry at Wire.

If you want something to moan about, what about that stuff at half time!

I just ignored that stuff and read the programme. The half time "entertainment" was basically a ten minute long advert. The half time (and pre-match) stuff is never what attracts me to go to a game (Does it attract anyone to attend?) but to use an advert to masquerade as entertainment is pretty shoddy.

Regarding the game itself keeping them scoreless in the second half was definitely the big plus. Why we couldn't defend that well from the start (and hadn't been able to so far this season) is the annoying part.
