Quote ="cherry & white"Just got back from watching the lads train at the National Training Centre in Clermont, Florida (What a facility!!!), basically we are on a 3 week holiday so I messaged Kris Radlinski on twitter and he arranged for me, my wife and our 2 boys who play for Leigh East (14 & 9) to come down to watch a session.
What can I say, most kids talk about the Disney parks for weeks after however I'm pretty sure my 2 will be talking about today for a lot longer. We sat under a small gazebo with Ian Lenegan and chatted about rugby for a good half hour whilst they were warming up, it's the 1st time I've had the pleasure of speaking to IL but what a grand bloke and very knowledgable about the game and extremely passionate, the session was great to watch and the lads are looking very very sharp even the younger lads, was great to meet some of the new boys, Sarginson (who they say is the fittest man in the club), Eddy Pettybourne, Tony Clubb and of course Matty Bowen. Had a great chat with Lockers who says he's the fittest he's felt in a long time. I would just like to take this opportunity on behalf of my boys to say a massive thanks to all the lads, coaching staff and Ian Lenegan for allowing us to watch the session and make us feel extremely welcome, after training every last one of the players came over and shook our hands, chatted and posed for pics, as did Shaun, Deacs and Rads. We had a great day and if anyone thinks these lot come out here for a Jolley then let me tell you it couldn't be further from the truth, it was non stop! Roll on 2014! Up the Warriors!'"
Sounds brilliant, wouldn't get that in other sports I bet! Was Charnley there? Rumours abound that he's injured
