they're based somewhere in manchester probably on the assumption that they'll not have far to trot for the final. so Id expect them to pop up in odd places over the next few weeks - don't know where the main training ground is though

The ground they were due to use wasn't up to standard so they used Orrell today as a stopgap, they have a new training facility in Manchester from tomorrow, I think its linked to Manchester University.



p.s. spoke to several players and some members of the backroom staff, all agreed that Bowen is a great signing for us, 'plenty rugby' left in him they reckon.

I hope George Burgess being named at 20 in the team for the warm up against Italy is a bit of smoke and Mirrors from the England coach. Tim Sheens announced he will be watching that game , and the game between NZ and the C.I.

I think it is , Charnley is also on the bench and George Burgess was the best Impact Forward from the Bench in the NRL this season.

Don't get why so many leeds players feature but then again I don't know the ESL so well.

Englands Forward pack ( Inclusive of George ) man for man . goes close to being better than the Kangaroo tried and true Origin Veterans.

A lot of Australian impact forwards have been off the boil this season. Tamou especially.
