Come to think of it, I could cash in and move to Pennington or Culcheth tomorrow, but whats the point ? I am quite partial to Croft though, but I may wait a little longer as half of Culcheth is now officially for sale because of the high speed rail line !

Warrington itself is not very good. Its just a huge concrete jungle. The part of Birchwood I live is full of parks and nature areas. Its a decent little Town in its own right. Padgate is just a concrete suburb of a concrete Town !!

Birchwoods a bit like Leigh really. Its by far the best place to live inside a Big Brother environment !!!

Matty i agree about the BEN , alot of our Family Parties are held there , we have had a couple of Hog Roasts there .
