Can anybody explain how Bradford Bulls attained a Grade B Licence from the RFL less than 12 months ago.
Surely their financial position was in a dire state then.
It makes a mockery of the licencing system when one of the RL's flagship clubs get into this position.
Why were they allowed to sign new players in the last off season whose contracts they cannot now honour.
What position are their players in? are they assets of the club that can be sold or do they become free agents that other clubs can cherry pick.
