Quote="piemandan"It sounds daft, but hear me out..
So after watching the Dallas Mavericks beat Denver Nuggets in the Basketball 102-84, the screens in the stadium flashed up with a graphic that read;
"Grab your free taco from tacobell by turning in your ticket stub!"
So I asked my boss, who's from Dallas, what that's all about and he explained if the Mavs win, whilst scoring 100 points or above, everyone with a ticket gets a free meal.
So that got me thinking - how would that work in Rugby League? .. What win margin would be considered free food territory.. and what food? .. I reckon free Sub of the day after a win of 30 points or above..
'"
genius.
im thinking free pie after every richards conversion?'"
We'd run out of pies rather quickly if we did that!
noticed that when we played Leeds, the electronic adverts round the pitch were advertising a discount at the Chinese Buffet if you produced your match ticket. Dont know how much of a discount though.
