Sam tomkins would be weekly if the above was enforced!

Graham is an out and out scouser isn't he? Not a half scouser like most St Heleners and I think it shows in his general attitude on the field. I think you can tell he's been brought up in a football enviorment where it's acceptable to mouth off at the ref every 2 minutes and to show a general disrespect to your opponents, the game and even your own team.

The guys wants to win so much and is a truely world class player but his onfield behaviour does leave a little to be desired at times. I suppose alot of people as pointed out in this thread feel Sam Tomkins is the same and they're entitled to that opinion.

Personally i think that the captain should be allowed to speak to the ref and only the captain, but not to the extent they do now.

Ref makes a decision or doesn't in some cases, captain asks " Why did you do that"?
Ref answers, end of, any more back chat, ref should take action.

Marching them an extra 10m down the field after a penalty used to keep players from moaning.
Refs dont seem to use that any more, is there a reason why?
