Why couldnt we have played on the sunday with no work the day after will put some HKR fans off if its a 1815 kick off as they wont be home before 10pm and most will have school/work the day after.

I reckon it will encourage more to come actually, compared to a Friday Night. The schools are on half term anyway. It's only my guess that it'll be 6:15. Might not be. Could easily be a 12noon. It depends what channel. because Sky Sports 1 will definetly be Championship Play Off Football Final between 2 and 6 ish. Won't know for a while yet.

Spoke to our lass, she is now seriously considering taking the Tuesday off work to now to stay over for the night. She has only been once to Wigan, we stayed at the Brocket Arms and she loved the whole day out, we never made it last season but she is always on my case to book it again.

What other Hotels are worth considering?

Best travelling away fans by far. (except for a couple of idiots last year throwing stuff). Always bring very decent numbers considering the distance, and very vocal no matter what. Always look forward to the HKR game.
