Bilko we experienced something like this the other week when our 18's game v's leeds got changed to the friday night ,curtain raiser to the game against catalans .Now we all thought we'd have to pay the full amount to, to watch the game but what they said was that we could pay a £20 deposit at ther reception ,go in and watch the 18's game,we then had a like 30 mins time slot to get back and reclaim the deposit back.If u didnt make it back u lost the deposit, bad as it sounded at 1st ..wasnt a bad thing .....have u tried phoning the wire to see if something like this hasnt been put in place.?

Yeah I remembered that. I emailed Warrington and got a reply to confirm it would be full price. Then I emailed to suggest a similar arrangement to what Leeds did but didn't get a reply. I think the difference is the Wire game is expected to sell out so they might as well sell tickets for the full £17. Harsh on us Wigan fans though. If it was a Wire v Wigan play off game it would be fair enough but I don't think curtain raisers should happen in play offs when the first team game is between different sides. I've no interest in watching Warrington v Huddersfield and I'm not paying £17 for an Under 20s game.

Yeh very harsh imo,altho would be good to stay and watch hudd's beat them wudn't it ?...cant see it myself but daft things happen eh!...anyways ive watched your 20's a couple times this year ,a certain young lad i know has turned out for you a couple times and not looked out of place.Hope you win the game and go onto the final and beat the stains.Also was impressed with your 18's against us on sunday m8,good performance -your centre i think it was king? was a handfull all game .

Our 18s struggled at first in this phase 2, losing first four games, but I think in hindsight they lost out starting a with a bye week then playing a game, then getting a game postponed, then playing a game, then getting their second bye week. They never got going. Since they've played every week they've looked far better. Even so was surprised with how easy it was against Widnes apart from that amazing spell when we couldn't buy possession. Ryan King is normally a winger. It's the first time I can recall him playing at centre.

Our Under 18s play there this Saturday anyway.
