Quote ="Bridger"Have been saying this for some time. It is an issue that I'm surprised he has failed to improve on.
Sorry to sound harsh but he's 24 now and has played more 1st grade games than Phelps or Goulding.
I'd expect to see him make way for Riddell next week, with Mossop being the 4th prop and Bailey remaining on the bench to cover the back row.'"
Briers going off did help us, theres no hiding that. But if they want to be a top team then there going to have to learn how to deal with him not being there if he does get injured as IMO Myler isn't the kind of player to boss the game just yet.
But we took our chances when they came more in the 2nd half. There wasn't a great deal when we had alot of pressure in their half and that is probably more of a true reflection. Our halves were pretty quiet, but as was Wires. Last night was more about the forwards and I think the job that our forwards did is what won us the game in the end with the individual brilliance from Sams chip over the top with some great support play, and also Amos's performance.
