The problem is people who don't know how to drive in these conditions.
It took me 1hr & 40mins to get to work at middlebrook this morning because of idiots in their rear wheel drive cars trying to floor it up the hill on Bolton Rd and backing the traffic up to Aspull.

Got sent home from work at 3.00pm and it took 30mins tops.

When I was at school we used (get this) - A car bonnet..!

A dozen of us piled onto it down a hill (inside school grounds), imagine trying that now with all this H&S.
