We are thr group that both had the flag and was attacked outside the hull police station.
It all started when a Hull KR fan ran across the road hurling abuse then tried to nick the flag, he held onto it and was in the face of one of our group. He was messing with wrong group though as one of us is a copper, only by throwing myself between them did he finally let go.
A group of other hUll KR fans helped to calm him down and eventually he walked off, only for him to suddenly re appear when we got to our car and throw a large brick at us, whcih just missed my 12 yr old neice. as we legged it after him he disappeared down an alley. ( he was about 45 too!, accompanied with what looked like his 65 yr old dad!)
I suppose there is always one fan you wished they woudln't follow your club and he is HUll KR's!
We were right outside the police station too which unfortunately was unmanned.
still thinking of reporting it to police becuase of what could have been.
