Richards (after his 1st season) has never had a serious slump in form in years and always finished with a good scoring record. Roberts needs to settle with Gleeson before any chopping and changing happens, plus its a swap to another wing for anyone replacing him which isnt always a natural move.
And Phelps is showing what an attacking fullback does for a team, Richards never let us down at all when he played there but Phelps suits us better there atm.
And to suggest having an out and out winger on the bench is laughable!
