That isn't actually true. Besides, we've had a minutes silence to remember and respect Terry and silence was appropriate for something so tragic and so soon after it happened, but several months on I think a minutes applause is justified to celebrate his talents on the pitch and the positive things he did during his life.

But what ever i am doing in that minute i will be thinking about terry and what a nice guy and talented player he was.

The minute silence was horrible at OT, a large section ruined it - therefore they must have took this stance, even though i doubt it would between bradford and wigan.

I agree. A stupid idea. If clubs don't think their fans can be quiet for one minute as a mark of respect they really should not bother.
