Interesting comment you make though Jowett is FB, think you missed out a word, Jowett is A FB at the club as is Walker, who currently wears the No1 squad No.

It has to be said, Alex Walker has not really featured for Trinity this season.

As a Wakey fan i can categorically say that Max Jowitt was instrumental in those 3 wins. We don’t win them without him. Walker has been poor this year, todays game being a perfect example when Max missed out due a minor injury. I’m afraid he is now very much 2nd choice at best, possibly even 3rd behind Gigot.

If London were to get into Super league ( but I doubt) could the one million pound extra not buy a core of ten good players on one year contracts.By past coming and goings, the contracts of rugby league players at all all clubs are not worth the paper they are written on, so could a team not go out and but these players on one years contracts with terms of 70k a season and if you stay up will match that for the nest season.The extra one million would cover this and with David Hughes wallet it is more than feasible to top up the rest of running the club which he does every year anyway.
