TBH, I will be surprised if we can fill 1 coach. Getting back to London in the early hours will preclude the
majority of our supporters, sadly.

They aren't trying very hard. I called them to see what route they were taking and if they were going via the M1, if there was a possibility of picking up at a convenient location (as has happened in the past). Response 'There is no demand'. Ok, so if its a possibility, why not advertise the option and create the demand (same price as everyone else of course).

Radio silence has ensued and at least 2 potential punters disregarded.

Yep... we will drive up. Pointless me driving 70 miles south to get the Gus Bus. Assuming parking won't be an issue.

Sadly, it's a logistical nightmare to run coaches for a small fan-base that's spread so far and wide.

Darthchris will back me up that we once had 7 of us on a 52 seater coach to Leeds! I like to think of us as "The Magnificent 7" What a hoot!



Shame there aren't more of our fan-base living around Twickers. Maybe not now...

The Supporters Club ran a bus that started at Tower Bridge, picked up at Victoria and Hammersmith and then at M1, no problem!

Supporters Club - in the current climate you could hold meetings in a phone box and the Club would want nothing to do with it,

............ so did they reach the magic 30 ?

No one ever got back to me about a possible M1 pick up so I can only assume the bus is full !!!

We actually had a bus to Salford, in the famouse Friday night no try game and it was the glorious three and two one way trip french man...its all gone so pete tong

Deadline for the coach was midday today. Anybody heard if it is going?

Shocking if the coach is pulled. For such an allegedly momentous occasion, the club should be prepared to take a hit and at least do something for the few fans that are left.

Reduce the price by £10 per head and you may fill a coach - keep it at £35 and the club risk cancelling or subsidising. 50 x 20 £1000 (£5 ticket price on top of coach price) 25 x £30 £750 which is the best option

.... or add pick ups to the journey (without going off route) and hey presto!

Just had a phonecall from the club to confirm the coach / mini bus IS running.
