Have discovered a few more details about the London Broncos situation. I'll update what I know in my #RLDS podcast. Publishing later.

On personal (and professional) note, I have started to build a demographic report and marketing plan based on us being at the Hive for a minimum of 10 years As with all my OPUS, I am budgeting for a zero marketing spend and the utilisation of friendly resources.

As such, I'd be keen to hear if any of the old volunteers/new fans would be happy to give up a couple of hours here and there midweek between January-August next year?
Also, if anyone would be prepared to do some data capture and give advice to "new fans" as well as doing an exit poll on match day.

I am fully aware of the shoddy way in which previous incarnations of fan assistance has been treated and will look to ensure that any assistance is most assuredly appreciated in full.

If anyone here has any ideas with regard to how to gorilla market the club with the #1 aim of getting and keeping fans, please PM them to me. I will make sure you are credited with any ideas I use.....I am loathe to post another 20 point plan and have it totally ignored by those who think they know better, so please, do PM these to me rather than us randomly suggest stuff which soon gets lost in the ether.

im a hull fan, but london always been like my 2nd team, and i hope it works out for the club, and if it does, i still wish you moved to gillingham, i went in 2012, crowd of over 3,000 and stadium looked almost full considering gillingham holds i THINK around 9-10,000

Can someone please remind me what the minimum requirement is for size of ground? I thought 5100 was below the requirement? Another sign we won't be in Super League?
And how much does the intended new staff know and understand about RL? Its not soccer and as we have found before at Brentford it takes a while for them to get used to RL's non-hostile family fum -all-in-it -together attitude to Matchdays.

I think the minimum stadium requirements have been pretty much disregarded now due to the economy. The main stand and number of seats will be the main thing and that's v good at the Hive.

Ive been to Barnet games in the past and its a small, friendly, family club so shouldn't have the same problem as other soccer clubs.

It will not take long for us to become a small friendly club of 1 person the way we are currently shaping for the future and should be a good fit.

It's becoming more like The Statler & Waldorf show currently, you don't hear so much whinging when you pass the Bowling Green with all the old men!

Not sure what some will do, if we start to get things right, under new management, no, they will still find something.

If the club can pull this off and then escape relegation i propose they rename them the London Houdinis!
