So now, we have a fortnight until the next home game with Warrington. Assuming we beat Salford - which, even given saturday, we should be able to do - we need 4000+. Its hard to guarantee media coverage/good crowd whilst the Six Nations is going on.

Quins v Warrington.......for Warrington read `nothern club down on their luck and desperate for a win to save their coach and get their season back on track`.......something sounds familiar about this fixture?????

Not seen the game yet, and obviously was not there! However the comments about Chad losing the game for us really annoys me! So he was the cause of 1 try, what about the other 4 tries the pies scored!? if they had not scored those then the the result would have been different, one play (intercept pass) is not the result maker

What is quite worrying is the attendance! and very interested in the comments regarding the use of the single stand! were the North and south stands open? if so why? thought they were only meant to be open for large crowds?
Lets hassle the club, get the west stand opened again and get the atmosphere building again

The difference is we had the game won at that point and the Randall pass did in fact lose us the match. It was a shocker mate.

Despite the result I eactually enjoyed the game. Where I'm sitting is pretty good. Just over the try line in front of the WAG's box. Always a good vocal atmosphere there



And the excessive drinking in the bar afterwards... I was "grumpy" all Sunday.

The side lost composure on Saturday, Randall in particular with his telegraphed pass, but we weren't clinical enough in the first half putting away our chances.

I didn't enjoy the game. I caught the second half in Sports Cafe in Leeds drinking a £3.25 Becks Vier in a plastic class with the Union blaring out at maximum volume

Yep, the head was sore all sunday for me too!

The season is not over.

Lets face it if we'd lost to Cas and beat Wigan we would have had 2 points from 4 which is OK in terms of points and league placing. Something to build on etc. etc. We cocked it up through a lack of strategy when in front with 5 mts to go or from someone not carrying it out. Only the players etc. will know.

However BM needs to have a long talk with the players to avoid a repeat. I am not getting carried away with this talk of winning SL but as DH has said 'anything less than a playoff place with this team is unacceptable'.

If we 'give' too many points away it will not happen and a lot of fans will become disalusioned. We should have been 'in it' last season but gave those precious points away many times. This is, we are, told a better team because of the strength in depth and having seen Williamson and Robinson, Kaye, and Gale play I would agree. However, we have no 'right' to win and we need to get smart quickly.
Lets hope we can regain the momentum next week against Salford

Yes, agree. The bad pass by Randall was infuriating at that stage, but we should have had the game won by then. Several players blew try-scoring chances within a yard or two of the line in the first half, and Wigan were truly awful in the first half. Remember the 72-8 game v Wakey in 2005, when we led 36-0 at half time? It should have been something close to 36-0 at half time on Saturday. We actually played really well for the first forty minutes apart from our finishing. 10-6 at half time was always unlikely to win us the match - Wigan simply couldn't be so poor again after the break.

If there genuine league fans they would have been there watching one of your biggest matches of the year wasnt last year on a saturday n there was 2 people on my coach back that had been to chelsea than made their way over london to watch the game.

How did they manage that?

WE can go on about Chad's pass (what was Will Sharp putting his hand up for to ask for the pass) but we also kicked out on the full and let one of their kick offs bounce out for a goal line drop out.
