Going to have to give this a miss. Thanks to the BBC's timing, the coach is unlikely to get back to Twickers before 12, which will mean missing the last train back into London.

Problem is, you can bet that there will be people who'll be late getting back on the bus after the game and after the potty stops (don't think I've ever been on a coach trip where that hasn't happened).

Leaving Leigh at 7.30 is too squeaky to get the last train back into town, sadly.

Don't suppose they have given any thought to running the coach from central London, or even organising a drop off there on the way back?

Last Twickenham train back to London 11 minutes past midnight, should be back by 11pm (7:30 + 3 1/2 hours). Know an hour plus of delays not unusual so risky. Think coach could leave at 7 pm prompt unless its extra time or we win then I won't care.

So signing up to the Gus Bus and accepting Night Bus/Taxi/Hotel if stuck on Motorway.

Trains start running again at 06:45 on Sunday if we are really delayed!



Skolars full size coach (Lanes coaches a sponsor) was great last night left at 7pm from Halifax back to Skolars about 11.15 (further than Leigh). Skolars lost bowl final to a strong North Wales Crusaders side but gave everything for an competitive hour and tired after that. Much better organised than Broncos, no threats of last minute cancellations and even the loan of an away shirt if you weren't in the right colours!

The biggest delay, PaRL, will be getting some of the supporters out of the bar

(on a good day, I could be one of the worst offenders).

Having had to get a taxi home to SE london twice from Twickers, I must admit I'm not keen to part with another £120! After all, that would buy me a Skolars ST for next season.

Hope those that go have a great time and the coach doesn't break down or run out of petrol.

Shades of Workington in '85, when the coach broke down at Shap on the way back and we arrived at Hammersmith Odeon at 6 a.m. - at least we'd won. Bit puzzled about potty breaks - there was always a facility on the coaches we used.

The club could look at running the Bus from Oxford Street...it would cost no more and at least if it were delayed on the way back, their is access to the Night Bus network.

How many fans do you think you will take think it's a bit out of order playing it at Leigh like a Wigan home game reminds me a bit of our semi in 86 when we played Leeds at elland rd drew the game and went back to Leeds again for the replay

Taxi £15 from Warrington or regular bus svc . You could walk back and be on time. Cheapest taxi in Leigh is call a car

It really should be possible to have a west pick up, an east London pick up and a central London one, but I suppose it is just too much effort.

As I said on fb I wouldn't mind a couple of night buses to get home if it was just me but when you got a kid with you its just to much.

As has been alluded to plenty of times, it was a poor show putting this match on 200+ miles away at 2 weeks notice at a time that people can't guarantee they can get home by public transport.

What block has everyone booked their tickets to sit in on Saturday? As sitting with the majority of our own supporters would be much preferable.

Just got back from holiday, looking at transport options as we speak. Might be up for sharing a cab to Warrington, if you have room!

Reading from what folks have quoted so far the West Stand Blocks D & C have had the pick. Our Block D tickets arrived in the post this morning.

London Broncos have tickets located in South Stand Blocks E-G and West Stand Block A-D

Wigan Warriors have an allocation in West Stand Blocks G-J and the North and East Stands.
