This was a game where we are as a team. Think we came out of it well.
What is a problem is the kicking. How many points have we thrown away this season by failing to convert tries? I know that the way we play means a lot of our kicks are from the sidelines, but other teams do it, we just seem to be unable to.
Decent crowd too, over 1500, like the fact we had games before and after, watched the Scholarship game which I really enjoyed and thought the lads played well. Good result for them.
Well a weekend off and then Featherstone, will travel there with great expectations.

Harrison originally went off under green card, he stayed off because of injury not concussion, so possible the fractured cheek could be more than a rumour.
The 2 yellow cards at the end, Bradford player gave a shove after the tackle actually nothing in it, slyney gave him a shove back and pointed at the score board that resulted in the handbags coming out.

Hendo said Harrison & Battye picked up knocks but he thinks/hopes they're not too bad.

Now seen Hendo's post match interview. He indicated it was a knock to the head so Harrison didn't come back on. Also Battye with a minor strain to the groin. Suggested nothing serious in either case.

Good to get a four figure crowd, let's hope we can increase the home support so we're not reliant on big traveling support to up our gates.

When we went to see them play Leeds Carnegie, the crowd was around six hundred. Probably a dozen or so were Broncos fans, there to see Kevin Sinfield and to see how things worked at Trailfinders, before our season started.

Hate to sound like Gutterfax, but now is the time to market locally, kids free, fathers and mothers for £5 or £10 with a drink etc etc. People like winning teams, we need to highlight 5 wins on trot and try and build support for the super eights....

Absolutely right- the team appears to be in good form, a place in the 8s a distinct possibility. So market like demons I reckon!

Locally is where the growth is going to come from. Not being local I cannot see what efforts are being put into attracting the Ealing community. However we have a winning team and on the back of that there is no time like the present.
