To be fair WQ, there is a smaller element of personal responsibility re S&C at clubs. Plans are drawn up by S&Cs, sprint coaches, etc etc. However as an example, NRL clubs are training 5 days a week at the mo, until Friday. Then they'll come back in early Jan. The S&C can draw up individual plans for players or more general ones. But it would be down to the player to make sure he does what he's asked. They'd have to go to private gyms etc. As well as aking sure they do the running and exercises. That is not in the club's control. Equally some players would be up for and do extras at training, some of which are offered by the clubs. Again down to the individual.
