I've only missed one match in the last 2 years (cats away this year) and have seen very little if any of this poor behaviour you seem to tarnish our cub with. Maybe a bit of chanting, over zealous singing and the odd bloke whos had one too many and needs a lie down but nothing serious. Maybe me, my wife and my daughter are one of the cretins you mention, but I would hope not.

Personally I like my visits to the stoop, have always found the locals very nice and like the set up you have down there. Was a worrying sight that since we have been promoted to SL the crowds there seem to get less each year, must be a worry for the true quins supporters who always seem pretty enthusiastic and knowledgable bunch.

Thought that passing movement of Quins was one of the tries of the season.

Have to say in defence of Hull KR fans have had nothing but a good laugh with them at matches, especially at the first MM weekend in Cardiff. They also have in their midst a man who can spot forward passes from behind the posts! Amazing!

As for Mr Lister's comments, I have been a RL fan for 40 odd years through thick and thin i have to say in all that time the majority of fans from the whole RL community are top people, thats why its my chosen sport and why its a family game unlike other sports i know

Bad mouthing other fans for no real reason apart from a childhood grudge gives the club a bad name, and I dont want that

Disrespecting any fan who takes the trouble to travel to our games is shameful but I suppose it is to be expected from him, you are either an idiot or a liar or scum. yet another urban myth, banter aside I personally don't find a trip to the kc as threatening even in my red and White. As with most clubs 99% of them are good people who are only interested in a good game.

So you are accusing me of lying? I don't mind it myself, only been twice and had a relatively warm welcome on both occasions (people just tend to stare and wonder what you are doing there). I know of both Leeds and Harlequins supporters who will not visit Hull FC though. Peoples perceptions of clubs supporters, rightly or wrongly, are influenced by their own experiences, no matter what others tell them.

I agree we are all influenced by perceptions right or wrong, my point is some of the stuff you've spread on here just perpetuates those myths and deflects from the good experiences had by most.

Perhaps, I just can't share any of those good experiences unfortunately. I'm not "spreading stuff", merely reflecting on my experiences that have formed my opinions. And when someone comes on at me saying that I'm wrong and RL is a family game, then it irritates me.

People displaying such anger towards these comments need to chill out.

Hull KR fans were friendly to us we have never had problems with fans home or away. I will concur there has been minor problems at some grounds i.e. a few years ago a Huddersfield fan threw something and hit one of our young girls, at Widnes they got a bit upset because we were in SL and they were going out, Wigan their security were a bit heavy handed with the 60 or so of us there. These are all minor things between fans but it is always one or two wayward people who spoil things for the majority but this should not become a generalised statement, rugby fans by and large are a breed apart from most sports and they mingle together, have a laugh and a joke, discuss the game rationally and that is what makes it a great sport to watch.

So you're saying that you've met 5000+ HKR fans who were scum (average crowds of 8000 therefore vast majority must be 5000+) surely working on those stats we'd be having full scale riots every week. Must have missed those events.

I must have missed you at the games we've had with quins as all the quins fans I've met have been really nice, shame at 22 you're already so bitter and twisted and such a one eyed view of the world.
