Whats so perplexing about watching multiple games of your favourite sport with thousands of other like minded people? It might be perplexing to cricket fans, but then i cant imagine watching four full days of one very slow game that could well end in a draw.

If all those drinking out on the concourse would get in and watch other games apart from their own, then the stadium would look ok. When I went out during one of the games there were more outside drinking than inside.

Personally I really enjoyed the weekend, a festival of Rugby League, plenty to see and do in Edinburgh, good friendly banter with other fans. Use the park&ride and go anywhere in Edinburgh for £3 for the day, hoping on and off when you want. And the bus stops right outside the ground. No probs.

The debate for me the RFL and Super League should try and launch fully a new member club. London received Internationals to back Our Club, then the first season of a new Super League Club in Wales and they move to Scotland. For me its as if they tip their toes in the water and then run. If the RFL dropped any future internationals in London, we would feel disappointed.

I have nothing against Edinburgh, but lets ensure that London and Wales are successful first and then move on to Scotland and such as Newcastle to support Gateshead.

I think I speak for many Quins fans when I say that the I was certainly bothered win or lose.

You are right, I was certainly bothered, I certainly enjoyed the weekend more once I knew Quins had 2 points, then I was just enjoying the weekend after that.

Just out of interest, do you go to the Cup final?

Yes - to me Magic is preferable as I can watch my team, when Quins are in the final again I expect I will enjoy that more - make that a definite if we lift the cup.

Hear! Hear! its worth 2 points, its a real game and we moved up the league because of the win. I have no problem with people not liking the idea, not going etc etc - but it does mean something and it cannot be dismissed as a meaningless game.

2 points make it important. If people dont want to go - which is not unreasonable bearing in mind cost, distance etc. then that is OK. For those that go its a great day/weekend out. Why spoil their fun.

meaningless games?! Do you never watch SL on Sky? I love watching live RL. And the standard of RL was very good too. Great atmosphere, good top level RL, supporting the game I love, meeting new people. Im really not sure what there is to criticise about it.
