I agree with you about relocation over large distances. I always say Union clubs are like airports, if they've got 'London' in their name you know they're nowhere near the place.
But more seriously, how far is too far? London Irish seem to have made a go of it in Reading, would somewhere like Milton Keynes have been a step too far for us?

back to the other discussion, move to Gillingham would probably have been a step too far for the few that are left, so MK would likely get the same response. While Gillingham would have been a lot easier for me to get to than the Stoop ( and now the Hive) I was against the move for the reason you say. Move to MK and I would have said forget it, or at best become a very occasional / armchair supporter. Its difficult to see us as being anything other than someone's tenant but I read last night that AFC Wimbledon are bidding to return to their home patch by moving to a site on or by the old greyhound track. I suppose if they can pull it off with their limited fanbase then maybe there's a little hope for us?

As far as I can see the only evidence we have is that there is was a two year deal and that they are negotiating a long term solution .
Do you still believe that if Broncos don't sign up to a new one year contract then they won't be allowed to play at the Hive under the terms agreed last year? If so you are going to need to come up with more than 'Because I say so' to persuade people.

Not as simple as that though is it. That deal was based on projected SL attendances and sweeteners from outside. Both parties will presumably have their reasons to renegotiate.

The arrangements for 2015 are still being negotiated. If you dont believe me, ask ak when you next see him.........the option for year 2 as was announced in 2013 was not taken up.the club informed the rfl of this in july

So show me that the RFL have been told Broncos aren't playing at the hive in 2015 and that there is an ounce of evidence to support your claim because I've come to the conclusion that it's bull.
