What is your source for the match being in doubt?

London have named a 19-man squad, as follows (in alphabetical order) :Max Allen, Dan Coates, Rhys Curran, Calum Gahan, Michael Greenhalgh, Rian Horsman, Lamek Juma, Paulos Latu, Oliver Leland, Will Lovell, Iliess Macani, Sitiveni Moceidreke, Rinaldo Palumbo, Dean Parata, William Ramsey, Robert Tuliatu, Paul Ulberg, Adam Vrahnos, Jordan Williams

A friend of mine at Wire who is planning on attending. He is a close friend of several Wire officials.

He e-mailed me about 14.00 yesterday saying the match was in doubt due to the weather. I haven't had any updates since I'm afraid.

Edited for clarity, to say my comment was about the Reserve team game not the first.

Warrington tweeted yesterday evening that the reserves game was postponed. No explanation why but there was an ice warning overnight.

Apparently there was standing water on one end of the pitch at Fev yesterday. There is another heavy band of rain due to hit the area in the next few hours but it's forecast to be dry by kick off, pitch bound to be heavy though.

Can’t see this on either Twitter or website. Bit disappointing. I’d have thought announcing the 21 squad was a legit8mate use of the twitter feed.
No Foster or Beinek who have looked solid. Hope that Ulberg and Gahan are good prospects.

I watched a video of the BRL A Grade Grand Final in October in which Gahan played for West Brisbane Panthers, that's third tier in Australia but he looked a handy player and should be a useful addition at this level.

I'm afraid though London will probably tire after 60 mins, and you will push the score out to 30+, but still getting some points will help get some optimism back

Well run club Rovers ,been building for a few years. To keep up with them in first half. Is a good effort. Think our interchanges are not on same level and as others have said suspect we’ll tire but a decent effort. Note of caution IIRC Swinton did this a lot last year and still dropped down so we’ll need to get a win sometime but may give us something to build on.

Interestingly our site makes no mention of the score - it’s like they’ve had to go out and left the responsibility to others to articulate what, I suspect is the most important event of the week RL wise for the club. Very odd way to go about their business.

Why could they not perform like this in the match that mattered last week

30-12 FT seems like a reasonable performance. Maybe something to build on

lots of potential positives, but still 0-4 is the only statistic that really matters

The conditions would have turned it into a slugfest. Non the less a decent effort in difficult circumstances. Think we'd all have settled for that scoreline before the game.

Losing by 3 converted tries is nothing to be proud of but, on the face of it a decent performance from the team against a fine side. Coach and team should take something from that. However the idea that the club can just kind of say look it’s a Saturday we’re busy find out what’s going on from the Rovers website is stunning. It’s just not professional. What happens if I drag my backside across London from the City on the Friday we are playing Newcastle can I expect the doors to be closed because it’s not a Sunday? We really do need to step up now off the field as well as on.

If you consider that we have done a little better away than at home, if that's possible with 4 defeats, then playing in black at Fax & Red at Fev let's dump the blue & yellow now.

Not sure if there's a plan for 2023, but no doubt it'll involve closer ties with the community and doddery Dave saying he's in it for the long run

Everyone hates the blue kit but I think it was a legitimate choice by the club to relate a feel good factor for the AFC fans. That seems OK to me....it’s all the other stuff...
