Too much water under the bridge for me after over a quarter of a century as a season ticket holder. My first year as a ST holder was while we were at Chiswick Poly Ground, which incredibly was possibly a better ground. Despite the hardships there at least the club seemed to be a club.

I am afraid what was said last night seems to have been more same old same old, which we have all heard before. Just lip service. Already we have seen the lack of concern for the supporters by the club choosing Sundays to play despite knowing of the difficulties faced to get to the ground on public transport.

I dare say I will go to the odd game, but Skolars, Hemel and amateur RL will all now take precedence.

Is there really only only 197 seats??!! It must work okay if 3rd division (now second div) Ealing RU play there - anyone know their attendance figures? If you opt for pitch side standing I assume you can meander anywhere. Grim......

Went there when London Welsh last played them in second div. I would guess about 700-800: 100 in bar, 200 in top stand seated, 100 in bottom tier seated, 100 standing in top stand, 100 around the pitch, 100 in the stand behind posts. They were unbeaten at home in the third division so don't think numbers suffered to much then.

Ealing have 3000 members, but largely based on rugby sympathy and the bar. Don't turn out in big numbers to watch the games. Perhaps this is the model a sustainable Broncos should be looking at

The Duke of Kent is a good pub about 10 minutes walk away. If you drink up about kick off time and wander down, suspect you can just walk in, there are no turnstiles just trestle tables which I think the staff will abandon quite quickly.

I'm pretty sure ( from my scrawled notes) DH said Trailfinders get the money from food and drink. He made a point of saying the club didn't make any money out of the bar etc.. while at the Stoop/

Actually, the first three years at the Stoop we did take a % from the bar and the food vans were "ours' to sell to. Only after the 3rd year when Hughes now legendary negotiating skills were in full swing did we give up all of he trimmings that came in the period of 2006-08.....office space, training facilities, use of the Gym etc....
I'll hold back from using the word "lies" in a context that may be taken as directed at the clubs owner, but the reality is that we had a very good financial arrangement at the Stoop which the club destroyed by behaving like a sulking teenager.

Overseas membership will be taken if available and not accompanied by ridiculous postage charges. God knows I lambaste those who blindly follow the idiot owner and his creed, but I still wake up on Monday and the first thing I do is look for our score.

Bought a few ST's blind so have no idea if the seats are any good. Was torn between the cheapest (standing) and the most expensive even if not on the halfway line. Don't know who, if anyone, will be able to use the Damian Bugeja stand however I'm happy to put my money/support into the Broncos cause.

Oddly enough, I've had the season ticket mailing here in Oswestry - God knows where they got my address from. The prices didn't seem too bad for the Championship, particularly only £125 to stand (albeit in the open). I'm paying £120 for next season with the Crusaders based on the club being in Championship 1, although this is under cover in the modern Mold Road stand.

Probably found it on the internet where they left it.

They haven't seen my address and I was a ST holder for many years (had 3 ST's each year!)
